vision 2.0

Sometimes we start the show with a specific idea, we aim to talk about a certain subject. We hit record and try to come some sort of conclusion, usually within the hour. We started this conversation mainly about the physical space we work in. How does it need to be, or how can it be, organised to have a positive effect on the employees. Can it be done at all?

The conversation then goes to why certain decisions are made, what is, or seems to be, the root cause. The need to have quick wins and fast results, to be able to show that you are doing something.

Eventually, we come to the realisation that the one thing desperatly missing is vision. I could add “long term” but really any vision would do, beyond that, any good vision is per definition long term.
