Communication; the key to civilisation.
It has the ability to spreads knowledge and is the most powerful problem solver known to man. However, it can also be the most destructive power on the planet. It can heal and it can hurt, it can be used for good and absolute evil.
In a business environment it can be utilised as a powerful tool that helps the company to progress, but when underused it can harm relationships and cause irreparable, or expensive damage.
Any relationship, whether it is a marriage, a friendship or a professional blooms or wither with communication. Keep talking and have positive conversations and changes are you will be much better of. Don’t talk and little issues might become volatile problems that can escalate quickly and violently.
