Imagine coming from an old school, command and control, family business that has been around for a hundred years, and then stepping through the door of a modern well developed social business. The difference might indeed feel you’re walking on a different planet.
When done well, nobody will have to tell you it’s a social business, you’ll know it when you see it. We talk about the basics here, but, of course, there is so much more to becoming a social business.
